Jacob Pechenik
Co-Founder, President and CEO
Jacob Pechenik is the President and CEO of YellowJacket, where he is responsible for the company's overall management, financial and operational performance. Prior to co-founding YellowJacket in 2003, Jacob founded and served as the CEO of TechTrader, a provider of business-to-business enterprise software for public and private trading exchanges catering to the direct materials markets.
Jacob has over 15 years of experience in developing and supporting enterprise-class trading platforms for large financial services and Fortune 500 companies. A frequent speaker and widely acknowledged industry expert, Jacob has been featured in numerous industry and business publications and conferences. Jacob is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering.
Greg Campbell
Co-Founder, Chief Technology Officer
Greg Campbell is a co-founder and Chief Technology Officer for YellowJacket, where he is responsible for the firm's overall technical and product development efforts.
Greg's previous experience includes serving as Vice President of Engineering for SolarMetrics, a
firm that creates enterprise development products leveraging Sun's Java development language
for more than 350 clients. Before joining SolarMetric, Greg managed a team of 40 engineers as CTO of TechTrader, a venture-backed B2B technology firm for trading exchanges, and held similar positions at MIL3 (now Opnet) and Agile Communications. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and user groups.
Greg holds a B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Jim Miller
Director, Engineering and Operations
Jim Miller joins YellowJacket as the Director for Engineering and Operations. His previous experience includes serving as the Director for Technology Innovation in Credit for Barclay's Capital, and the Chief Technology Officer of Creditex where he managed the implementation and operation of the market-leading platform for electronic trading of credit default swaps. His other experience includes the head of the San Francisco office and Technology Director for BSG Inc., a systems integration firm focused on client-server and object-oriented technologies.
Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and a MIS in Computer Science from Virginia Tech.
